Effective January 1, 2021, Unified Community Association Management began migrating Chatham Creek to the PayHOA.com service. PayHOA is a single portal where homeowners can make online payments, view payment history, important documents, submit requests, and update contact information. Each homeowner in the association has been set-up with an account.
In order to assist us with the migration and activation you will need to visit the following link and provide your primary/owner email address. https://app.payhoa.com/auth/join/8659-chatham-creek-homeowners-association Once entered, you will be prompted to fill out your unit/property information that will be linked to your account. Once your activation is approved you will receive a welcome email that will provide access to your portal.
The homeowner’s portal will be the most efficient way to make payments, access notices and documents, and make architectural requests. We are also working to migrate the current community website to PayHOA and will provide more information as it becomes available.
Our records indicate that your semi-annual assessment effective January 11, 2021 will be:
Recurring Charges Association Income $120.00 Total + any outstanding balance transferred. Previous outstanding balances were transferred.
How to Set-up Automatic Portal Payments Once you have activated your homeowner’s portal, login and click Make a Payment from the menu. From there you can setup payments, auto pay etc. Please note a 2.9% processing fee is added to each credit card payment made through PayHOA.com. Be sure to set your payment due by 02/19/2021 to avoid late fees. If you would like assistance with setting up your portal or automatic payments, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Handwritten Checks Please make checks payable to Chatham Creek Homeowner Association and indicate the property address and payment month/year in the Memo/For line.
