2017 Changes to the HOA Dues Collection Process
In reviewing our payment strategies we’ve decided our residents would be better served if we changed our semi-annual payments of $120 from January 11th and July 11th to February 11th and August 11th respectively. We feel this will provide a bit of financial relief from the holiday season!
Looking back on previous years, we’ve also decided that our HOA dues collections process needed a serious upgrade. This upgrade process was started last year when we partnered with BBT and enrolled in their Association Services. We are on track to start utilizing those services starting with your August payment. Please keep a look out for further communications and instructions regarding this change. A few of the major benefits are payment coupon books, multiple payment methods and the ability to see your account balance at any time. Again, we will be mailing another communication as we approach August to confirm this process as well as to provide further instructions.
